At Anna's we service most brands of machines including sewing, embroidery, and quilting machines.
Repairs
Our repairs are performed on-site by our certified and qualified technician in the sewing machine and long arm industry.
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit when the machines are taken in that goes towards your Tune Up or Repair. For repairs, this covers the repair technicians time in assessing the problem, checking on parts availability, and estimating the service.
Repairs start at $50 and increase from there based on the severity, parts needed, and time involved (labor).
Tune-Ups for your machines are also available! Here is our price schedule:
- Mechanical Sewing Machines - $90.00
- Computerized Sewing Machines - $100.00
- Embroidery or Combination Machines - $135.00
- Multi-Needle Embroidery Machines - $275.00
- Handi Quilter Long Arm Machine - $250.00
- HQ Infinity Long Arm - $350.00
Repairs/Updates:
- Software Update Installation - $50.00
- Estimate of Repair / Bench Fee - $50.00 Minimum
- Multi-Needle Embroidery Bench Fee - $150.00 Minimum
